Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 17 April, foreign citizens involved in the Istanbul cell of the Tavhid va jihad katibasi terrorist organization were detained in Osh region of Kyrgyzstan, the State Committee for National Security reported. It is reported by Kabar.

According to the department, citizens of Uzbekistan M.Z. and M.F. detained by the Main Directorate of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic for the city of Osh and the Osh region. It is noted that foreigners are wanted in their homeland.

They illegally crossed the state border of the Kyrgyz Republic in order to acquire fake documents of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and then travel to countries at risk.

On this fact, the investigative department of the State Administration for Osh and Osh region registered the materials in the ERPP KR under Art. 378 (Illegal crossing of the state border of the Kyrgyz Republic), M.Z. placed in the TDF of the Internal Affairs Directorate in Osh.

Investigative measures are currently being carried out.
