The document was developed by the Committee of State Security of Belarus and Anti-Terrorism Center of the CIS.
The agreement is directed at protecting state secrets of the CIS, transferred, received and formed at the cooperation within the CIS.
The draft rules sets requirements to authorized people, working with secret information, their responsibilities, access order, level of confidentiality, etc.
It is expected that representatives of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldavia, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will participate the meeting.
