The Plenum includes all judges of the Economic Courts of the CIS, the representatives of the higher courts dealing with the issues in the field of economic and business activity of the member-states to the Agreement on the Status of Economic Court of the CIS signed on 6 July 1992.

At the meeting, it is planned to consider issues of activities of the Senior Collegial Board of the Economic Court of the CIS, including the course of its reformation in line with the Decision of the Council of the Heads of CIS member-states on the Concept of Further Development of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Plan of Main Actions for its implementation of 5 October 2007.

The Plenum will also consider the draft Concept of creating the Centre of Information-Legal Interaction of Courts of the CIS member-states.
