Permanent Representatives will consider the results of the sessions of the Council of the Foreign Ministers and the Council of the Heads of Ministers, which took place in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, on 9-10 October.

They will also discuss implementation of list of measures of the Executive Committee and Council of Permanent Representatives of the CIS on execution of the Concept on further development of the Commonwealth.

The meeting will also consider issue of head of the CIS observers’ mission to parliamentarian elections in Turkmenistan and organization of roundtable title “Activity of the CIS observers’ mission in elections of the CIS member-states in 2008. Experience and ways of improvement of work” and others.
