During the session, the ministers will consider humanitarian cooperation, documents on interaction in culture, sports, tourism, and environment protection.

The special attention will be paid to deepening regional relations in humanitarian and security sectors.

The sides will also consider actions in humanitarian cooperation for 2013-2014, which will become practical tool to coordinate cooperation in culture, education, science, information, sports, mass communication, healthcare, tourism.

It is expected that 2013 will be announced as the Year of Ecologic Culture and Environment Protection.
