Chinese referees appointed to match between Uzbekistan and Syria
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Chinese officials led by FIFA referee Hai Tan will officiate the match between Syria and Uzbekistan within the third round of 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, which will be held on 2 September.
Assistant referees Mu Yuxin and Su Jige will help Hai Tan. Liang Zhao is the fourth official. Iran’s Mohammed Riza Kasrai is commissioner of the match.
It is expected that the match will be held in Jordan’s Amman due to riots in Syria. However, Uzbekistan Football Federation did not receive any official letters on the match venue.
