Hu Jintao underlined that the exchange between parliaments of China and Uzbekistan is important part of the friendship between two countries. In past years, the parliamentarians of two states are expanding cooperation and contributing to development of relations.

In his turn, Ilgizar Sabirov underlined that Uzbekistan pays great attention to relations with China. Oliy Majlis supports friendly contacts with Chinese parliamentarians.

Chinese leader Hu Jintao also laid a wreath to the Monument of independence and humanism of Uzbekistan.
