Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Chinese company Boi Yi Da plans to construct a copper processing plant in Namangan region, Uzbekistan.
Khokim Shavkatjon Abdurazzakov met with foreign guests to discuss the details of the project.
Representatives of the company presented the project to the leadership of Namangan region.
The project will be implemented in two phases. In the first phase, which will cost around $40 million, the plant’s products will be fully exported.
The regional khokim provided the guests with information about the current state of the region and emphasized that all necessary conditions will be created for the successful implementation of the project.
At present, the Chinese side is studying local opportunities for constructing the plant.
