Representatives from foreign embassies and diplomatic offices which carry out their activities in Uzbekistan have noted that peace, calm and stability reign in Uzbekistan, Uzbek newspaper Na Postu reported on 6 October.
The embassies of the People’s Republic of China, Georgia and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea have sent letters of thanks to the leadership of the Uzbek Interior Ministry.
In particular, the letter from the Chinese ambassador says: "On behalf of the embassy of the People’s Republic of China, I express sincere gratitude to the officers of the Interior Ministry’s special battalion for guarding foreign diplomatic offices. We are glad that conscientious and highly professional law-enforcement officers work at the Uzbek interior agencies. Thanks to their responsible service, we successfully carry out our mission."
The other letters also express gratitude for the conscientious service.
