The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the sides exchanged opinion on priority directions of bilateral cooperation.

The sides underlined fruitful character of the Uzbek-Chinese dialogue in all directions of interaction. The regular contacts at high level lay firm basis for gradual development of mutual beneficial relations.

It was noted that the bilateral trade turnover growth stably and its volume reached US$2 billion in 2011. There are 382 enterprises with the Chinese investments in Uzbekistan and 65 Chinese firms opened their offices in Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, the sides also considered international and regional issues.
