Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — China Southern Airlines will increase the number of flights from Beijing and Urumqi to Tashkent.
On 10 September, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan with representatives of China Southern Airlines as part of the agreements between the aviation administrations of Uzbekistan and China.
The meeting addressed issues related to increasing the frequency of flights and expanding routes between the two countries.
As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached to increase the number of flights for the Beijing-Tashkent route from 4 to 7 times a week and for the Urumqi-Tashkent route from 3 to 4 times a week.
Additionally, starting in 2025, the airline plans to launch a new route with 3 flights per week connecting Guangzhou, Urumqi, and Tashkent.
