Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – China, one of the most populous countries, has opened its doors to Uzbek saffron cultivated in the Bahmal region, Dunyo news agency reported.

Following several years of in-depth and analytical research, saffron received the necessary approval according to the conclusion of the interdepartmental commission of Uzbekistan and China.

With the development of saffron production in our country, the geography of its export is also expanding.

Earlier this year, the product BMB Za’faron received the USDA Organic certificate (an ecological certificate developed by the United States Department of Agriculture), allowing Uzbek saffron to appear in North American markets.
