"In order to support big joint economic projects within the Organization framework the Cjinese side will seriously fulfill realization of new preferential credits, presented to the countries-participants," W. Jiabao said.

"We positively accept first dues for creation the Foundation for SCO development," he stated.

"In reference with topicality of food safety issue, the Chinese side is ready to help members of the organization in creation of exemplary technical centers of agricultural profile," the Chinese primer said.

The SCO encompasses Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
