Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A wholesale market for Uzbek products will be opened in Grozny (Chechnya).

The corresponding agreements were reached during the first Caucasus Investment Forum in Grozny.

A delegation from Uzbekistan is participating in this forum.

Within the framework of the forum, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Chechen Republic.

Additionally, a trilateral agreement was concluded between the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and Chechnya, as well as the Grozny City Administration.

According to these agreements, the parties will collaborate in establishing a wholesale market for Uzbek products in Grozny and a center for wholesale distribution of Uzbek products in the North Caucasus Federal District.
