Total charter capital of all joint stock companies made up 4.844 trillion soums, of which 3.177 trillion soums fell to share of joint-stock companies, founded on the basis of state enterprises.

Thirty-one of total joint-stock companies are commercial banks. Their charter capital made up 1.044 trillion soums.

Among them are also seven investment funds with the authorized capital of 621.9 billion soums and 69 consumer cooperatives with the charter capital of 570.1 billion soums.
