Fund Forum said that weddings were organized for pairs, who faced difficulties in organizing them. For example, among pairs were men and female from mercy houses or those, who lost parents, or from families with many children.

The charity weddings within the “1000 weddings and 1000 sunnat-toys” were organized in ten district of Karakalpakstan – Chimbay, Kergeli, Kungirat, Amudarya, Tortkul, Konlikule, Hojayli, Ellikkala, Beruni and Nukus.

All brides received wedding dresses from GULI. The weddings were held at restaurants with participation of relatives and friends.

All pairs received gifts, while children were presented with bicycles and sport costumes. Sponsors also gifted furniture, electronics and rings.
