Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Changes have been made to the organization of cash work, collection of cash receipts and other valuables in commercial banks.

In particular, the following main changes have been made:

It has been determined that cash desks installed outside the premises of banks (branches) can be organized not only within the territory of the bank’s location, but also in all regions of the republic;

In order to ensure effective organization of work in cash desks outside the premises of the bank (branch), the Head Bank is allowed to set a limit on the balance of cash (ensuring security) by the end of the working day;

All cash books (except for the book of form No. 161) magazines, forms and sheets used for maintaining accounts of cash and valuables in the cash network are allowed to be kept in electronic form;

It is not required to seal cash vaults with a wax seal when closing or opening doors, when it is possible to identify financially responsible persons by biometric data;

Responsibility for ensuring the safety of cash and other valuables in the branches of the bank, as well as opening and closing the door of cash vaults, where these tasks are carried out by identifying financially responsible persons by their biometric data, in accordance with the order of the Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board, may be assigned to the Deputy Governor branch of the bank.
