Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- At the 53rd plenary meeting of the Senate, the issue of introducing changes to the composition of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan was also considered.

At the end of the discussion, the senators, on the proposal of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, elected Muzaffar Kukiev to the position of permanent member of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan - judge of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan for a period of five years, Khudoykul Azizov, Askarjon Gafurov and Ahrorkhon Khashimhonov to the position of member of the Supreme Judicial Council Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan on a public basis for a period of five years.

Also, Uljaev Kakhramon was relieved of his post as a member of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

A corresponding resolution of the Senate was adopted on the issue considered.
