The previously approved Law limit on the deficit of the Consolidated Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan changes from 3.0% to 5.5%.
In addition, the law also changes compensation for additional expenses of drivers, and the threshold amount of underwriting, private and external borrowing in 2023 under the name of the government and under the guarantee of the Republic of Uzbekistan is from 4.5 billion US dollars. up to 5.5 billion US dollars.
In addition, in order to ensure the implementation of the priority priorities of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the government, the maximum amounts of funds allocated from the republican budget distributing first-level budget funds are increased at the expense of full funds.
In particular, from 1 January 2023, the expenses of the newly created Ministry of Preschool and School Education approved at the beginning of the year will increase additionally. It is assumed that funds are also allocated to provide children with food, provide general education institutions with new generation educational institutions based on the experience of Finland, and subsidies allocated from the state budget in connection with the increase in the number of preschool institutions of Nix educational organizations.
In addition to the expenditures of the Ministry of Agriculture approved at the beginning of the year, funds are allocated for subsidies to veterinary, poultry and fish farms, which are payers of the bill for the added article. cost of products grown and sold to the population.
In addition to the expenses of the Ministry of Economy and Finance approved at the beginning of the year, funds are allocated, and some expenses are proposed to be redistributed to local budgets, ministries and statements.
In particular, since the number of families receiving benefits exceeds 2.1 million (at the beginning of the year there were 1.5 million), an additional 1 trillion 808 billion soums are allocated for expenses on social benefits.
At the same time, 500 billion soums are allocated for expenses related to the transfer and modernization of the heat supply system of state social facilities to coal fuel on the basis of public-private partnership.
The Senate approved this law, emphasizing that all changes in the State Budget Law for 2023 are aimed at solving and financing the saturated problems in the country.
