Chamber of Commerce boost cooperation with foreign states
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan organized an event at TekhnoPlaza business center in Tashkent to boost cooperation with foreign countries, the press service of the Chamber said.

Within the event, representatives of diplomatic corps, international organizations and financial institutions, accredited in Tashkent, advisers on trade and economic issues of EU member states familiarized with the activities of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan on development of cooperation in small and private sector with foreign states.

It was said that one of priority tasks of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan is to establish cooperation ties with foreign partners, attracting foreign investments, grants, modern equipment and know-how to create new capacities and jobs, etc.

At the event, it was noted that creation of new enterprises at free industrial zones “Navoi” and “Angren” is another key direction of the Chamber activities.

The participants also got acquainted with newly constructed Industrial Business Center “TekhnoPlaza” and with projects of investment programme for 2013.

Representatives of the Embassies of Bulgaria, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, France, Czech Republic, EU Delegation in Uzbekistan participated at the event.
