Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- This year, the dynamics of bank cash turnover was formed based on the socio-economic situation in the country, in particular under the influence of a decrease in economic activity in conditions of quarantine and its resumption.

In January-September 2020, the volume of cash turnover amounted to 248.5 trillion soums, an increase of 27.3 percent compared to the same period of 2019.

In particular, the volume of cash receipts to the cash departments of banks made up 122.3 trillion soums, and cash consumption - 126.2 trillion soums.

In January-September 2020, the volume of funds transferred to bank cards reached 123.9 trillion soums, while the population cashed funds from bank cards in the amount of 43.4 trillion soums (35 percent).
