Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Central Bank of Uzbekistan set new prices for gold and silver coins for sale. New prices entered into force on December 5, 2018.

The price of one gold coin increased from 12.7 million soums to 12.8 million soums, silver coins - from 236 thousand soums to 241 thousand soums.

2 gold and 14 kinds of silver coins made from 999.9 sample metals and weighing 31.1 grams issued in 1994–2009 were put for sale.

The total number of coins put up for sale is 1900 gold and 6900 silver.

The cost of commemorative coins is established by the Central Bank in national currency at least once a week.
