The license allows Hi-Tech Bank to carry out banking operations in Uzbekistan. Central Bank of Uzbekistan registered the bank at the State Commercial Banks Registrar.

The announced charter capital of the bank makes up 5.25 billion soums and individuals hold over 51% shares in its authorized capital.

Priority directions of Hi-Tech Bank’s activities are to assist deepening social-economic reforms, financing projects of small and private businesses, as well as stimulating formation of new class of proprietors in Uzbekistan.
