The decision was adopted in line with the article 17 of the Law of Uzbekistan “On Central Bank of Uzbekistan”.

In line with the government resolution “On approving regulation on licensing of production of letterheads of securities” from 13 November 2003, legal entities – printing enterprises or enterprises, which possess printing capacities, can apply for license.

As earlier reported, the Central Bank abolished license of the printing creative house “O'zbekiston” due to end of its term in July 2010.
