Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A two-day presentation of the "Roadmap for the implementation of SupTech for 2022-2026" was held at the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the structural divisions of the supervisory block of the Central Bank, representatives of commercial banks and financial market participants.

The main goal of this document, developed jointly with the World Bank experts, is the phased implementation of the SupTech development plan, which provides for the introduction of modern and high-tech supervision tools to expand existing capabilities.

The introduction of SupTech tools and their integration into supervisory processes will allow the Central Bank to improve the quality, timeliness and relevance of supervisory data, digitize data, automate processes and expand analytical capacity.

During the presentation, the participants received answers to questions related to the implementation of projects within SupTech.

SupTech - Supervisory Technology - the use of technological innovations by supervisory authorities in order to increase the efficiency of supervisory activities.
