When issuing loans, bank employees collected one-time payments not specified in the contract

In the course of the study, it was revealed that the bank collected one-time payment, which was not indicated in tariffs and agreements, during issuing of loans.

The Central Bank also gave the bank instructions on the full return of unreasonably collected one-time payments to affected customers and to prevent the repetition of such cases in the future.

In addition, the regulator ordered Alokabank to return the money to those users from whose UnionPay cards additional fees were charged when withdrawing cash. It turned out that this was the result of a technical error.
