Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Central Bank of Uzbekistan studied the documents of Bank Apelsin Jon organizing the activities of the Apelsin electronic money system, as well as on issuing electronic money as an issuer of this electronic money system.

Based on the results of the study, in accordance with the requirements of the “Rules for the issuance and circulation of electronic money on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan” (reg. No. 3231, 04/29/2020), on 29 July, the Apelsin electronic money system was entered in the Register of the Central Bank Electronic Money System and allowed the activity of issuing electronic money.

Documents provided by Pay Way LLC, which has a license as a payment organization, on the organization of the activities of the Pay Way electronic money system, were also studied. .

Based on the results of the study, in accordance with the requirements of the “Rules for the issuance and circulation of electronic money on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, the Pay Way electronic money system was entered into the Register of the Electronic Money System of the Central bank and allowed the activity of issuing electronic money.
