Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Association of Retail Market Experts signed a memorandum on the development of partnerships in the field of retail trade.

The document was signed within the framework of the International Forum of Business and Government “Russian Retail Week”, which took place from 28 to 29 May 2024.

The parties also agreed to hold the first International Forum Central Asia Retail Week in Tashkent. The forum is expected to take place in October 2024.

During the visit, the delegation of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade held meetings with representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and such large companies in the retail sector as Auchan, Lenta, M-Video, Ozon, Petrovich, Tvoy Dom, Wildberries, Lamoda, Vseinstrumenty.ru and Yandex.
