Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- At a referendum held on 30 April, violations were revealed at referendum polling stations No. 226 in the 8th Syrdarya regional district, No. 651 in the 10th Tashkent regional district and No. 772 in the 14th Tashkent city district, the press service of the CEC reports.

In particular, such actions as filling in several ballots by a member of the commission, subsequently dropping them into the ballot box, erroneous indication of the number of citizens who voted, cast doubt on the results of voting at these polling stations.

For this reason, in accordance with Article 38 of the Law “On the Referendum of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, the results of voting in these precincts were declared invalid by the Central Election Commission as a result of violations committed during voting and, as a result, affected the voting results.
