Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Central Bank of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with the Senior Director of the Planning Department of the Japanese Organization for the Development of Foreign Trade, Mr. Manabu Shimoyashiro.

During the meeting, representatives of the Central Bank made a detailed overview of the results of reforms in the banking sector in recent years. Also, issues related to the current monetary policy of the Central Bank and the regulator's forecasts for the medium term were discussed.

Following the meeting, representatives of the Central Bank provided answers to all questions of Mr. Manabu Shimoyashiro.
