During the event, the participants considered a five-year plan on realization of the project. The programme includes conceptual bases of budget, monitoring and assessing.

Several pilot training for trainings were held within the project. Over 1,182 young women and graduates of professional colleges participated in the seminars. It is planned to increase number of women, who undergo training, will reach 3,000 by the end of April.

In February, trainings for teachers of regional institutes on improving skills, which include to the system of Minister of Public Education, were held. About 17 teachers successfully passed the training and received necessary materials. They organized 22 seminars in February-March, which was attended by 634 school teachers.

The project covered teachers and students of professional colleges and academic lyceums. Additional trainings for 20 trainers were also held.
