The statement of the bank said that persons and legal entities, who faced violation of their rights and interests, which were not solved in places, can submit appeal to the Chairperson of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan directly via website of the Central Bank.
The regulator said that new service is directed at solving problems at interaction of business entities and individuals with the commercial banks such as violation of order of loan issuing or other issues relating with the banking services, red-tape, etc.
The Central Bank of Uzbekistan, said that the clients of the banks can also call to hot line 8 (800) 200-0044 to submit their complaints or proposals. The call is free across Uzbekistan.
The bank said that each appeal will be registered and will be taken under control. All measures will be adopted to eliminate complaints and proposals will be taken into account in work of the banks. The people, who violated interests of businesses and clients, will be punished.
