Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Central Bank of Uzbekistan introduced changes to regulation on order of issuing banking payment cards and their circulation in Uzbekistan.

In line with changes, now banking payment cards can be transferred to third persons (for example family members, friends and other relatives), which can carry out payments without letter of attorney from the cardholder.
