Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As of 1 July 2025, commercial banks in Uzbekistan had issued approximately 62.34 million bank cards, according to data from the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.

The leader by volume is People’s Bank, with 10.08 million cards in circulation. It is followed by Agrobank with 7.68 million, while Ipoteka Bank ranks third with 5.02 million cards.

The lowest figures were recorded by Soderot Bank Tashkent (2,300 cards), APEX Bank (11,350 cards), and Madad Invest Bank (18,700 cards).

In terms of installed payment terminals, Hamkorbank leads with 47,440 devices, followed by the National Bank with 39,580 and People’s Bank with 39,030. In total, 425,000 payment terminals are operating nationwide.

The number of ATMs and info kiosks across Uzbekistan reached 36,790 units. People’s Bank operates the largest network, with 3,100 ATMs, followed by Agrobank with 2,030 and Kapitalbank with 1,480.

Between January and June 2025, total payments processed through terminals amounted to 212.2 trillion soums.
