In January 2012 a team of auditors from “TÜV International Certification” conducted a 2 day certification audit of Quality Management System for compliance with requirements of O'zDSt ISO 9001:2009 / ISO 9001:2008 in Carlsberg Uzbekistan. The company has developed, implemented and maintained Quality Management System (QMS), which consists of a set of organizational and technical measures to ensure sustainable quality of products manufactured in Carlsberg Uzbekistan for consumers, customers and partners and its compliance with statutory requirements.

During the certification audit, the auditors observed positive trends in the development and operation of the QMS, focus on customer satisfaction and transparency in business processes, management systems and in the process of interaction with suppliers and contractors.

Carlsberg Uzbekistan is the first and the only brewery in Uzbekistan to have successfully implemented a quality management system and received the Certificate of International Standard ISO 9001:2008. Managers of the company pay great attention to training and staff development in the field of quality management systems, as well as in other areas. Innovative approaches to the quality management system as used in the company are aimed at improving business processes to achieve sustainable long-term success.
