Capital of Ipoteka Bank grows by 29.3%
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Capital of joint stock commercial mortgage bank “Ipotelka-Bank” grew by 29.3% year-on-year and reached 156.8 billion soums in 2011.

The deposit base of the bank made up 837.7 billion soums, UzA reorted. The bank issued loans to small businesses for 302.4 billion soums, which rose 1.6 times year-on-year.

The bank allocated 68.8 billion soums to development of non-food products and 55.6 billion soums to services. Some 36.6 billion soums were directed to implementation of 102 projects within the programme on complex development of regions.

To purchase cattle abroad, creation of green houses, development of bee-keeping, poultry and fishing, Ipoteka Bank issued over 6.4 billion soums.

The bank also issued 3.7 billion soums of microloans to young families to open own business and creation of income sources.

Ipoteka Bank also was planning to allocate 28.8 billion soums to construction of 17 multi-floor houses. In 2011, 15 multi-floor houses were commissioned and completed construction of three houses with 72 flats.
