Business circles of Uzbekistan and Poland hold negotiations
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A business forum with participation of business circles of Uzbekistan and Poland was held in Gdansk, Poland. The Uzbek delegation also held negotiations with heads of companies, operating in Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Officials of Pomeranian Voivodeship and Gdansk administration, heads of over 20 Polish cities and companies attended the business forum. The Uzbek side presented economic opportunities and investment climate, created in Uzbekistan and Free Industrial and Economic Zone (FIEZ) Navoi.

Governor of Pomeranian Voivodeship Roman Zaborovsky underlined increasing interest of Polish business circles to establishing mutual beneficial and long-term with the Uzbek counterparts, Jahon news agency reported.

Pomeranian Voivodeship Marshal Adam Leik underlined that relations between Uzbekistan and Poland have traditionally friendly and confiding character.

Polish side underlined that economic situation in Uzbekistan and its potential in all spheres create attractive condition for further growth of bilateral trade turnover and realization of joint investment projects.

The sides achieved agreement on developing bilateral trade-economic relations in the result of the business forum and bilateral meetings.

Polish side invited Uzbek specialists to visit Poland for further discussing cooperation in automobile railway and air cargo transportation from Europe to Asia through Uzbekistan with use of Gdansk port and FIEZ Navoi.
