Official opening ceremony of the Center will be held on 25 August 2011. It is expected that representatives of the state bodies, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, UNDP in Uzbekistan and other participated at the event.

Business Assistance Center is a place, where private and small business can receive services from state bodies and commercial organizations on supporting business entities. Within the bilateral and multilateral agreements, consultants of the Center will render services on obtaining various permissions and certificates.

During the opening ceremony, participants will be able to familiarize with functions of information kiosk, which includes systematized information for business on key aspects of doing business.

The opening ceremony will include a presentation of services and mechanism of activities of the Center, its interaction with state and commercial bodies. Second part of presentation will include information on attracting investments, purchase of equipment and technologies.

It is expected that introduction of the “one-stop-shop” at the Center will cut number and time of interaction between businesses with various organizations, as well as expenses of businesses.

Information kiosk will allow businesses to receive information on various aspects of doing business in Uzbekistan, which create additional environment for developing and expanding businesses.
