The company decreased production of construction gypsum by 39.6% from 14,027 tonnes in 2010 to 11,373 tonnes in 2011.

The enterprise increased production of gypsum crushed stones by 8.2% from 208,180 tonnes to 208,180 tonnes. Production of dry construction mixtures rose 156.3% from 5,240 tonnes in 2010 to 13,428 tonnes in 2011.

Bukharagips exported products to neighboring states for US$188,800 in 2011 against US$115,800 tonnes in 2010. The growth rate made up 63%.

Net revenue of the company made up 7.096 billion soums in 2011 against 4.97 billion soums in 2010. Prime cost grew from 3.4 billion soums to 5.123 billion soums in the reporting period.

Expenses grew from 3.51 billion soums in 2010 to 5.563 billion soums in 2011, the annual report said.

Income from main activity grew from 1.52 billion soums in 2010 to 2.345 billion soums in 2011, the report said.

Income of the venture from financial activity made up 1.473 billion soums in 2011 against 535.08 million soums in 2010. Expenses from financial activities grew from 817.11 million soums in 2010 to 2.154 billion soums in 2011.

Bukharagips increased its assets from 11.44 billion soums in 2010 to 11.61 billion soums in 2011. The charter capital made up 6.68 billion soums.

Knauf International GmbH purchased 30.77% of state assets in Bukharagips for US$1.55 million and undertook obligation to invest US$6.3 million in three years.

Currently, Knauf holds 98.98% stake in enterprise and employees and other shareholders – 1.02%. The enterprise specializes on production of dry gypsum mixtures.
