During the competition, the organizers considered complex development of enterprise, including production activity, development of material-technical base, introduction of new technologies, business activity, etc.

In the result of the review, Bukhara International Airport was awarded victory in the nomination of the “Best airport of the CIS states” for 2010. The airport received Cup and merit certificate of the “Airport” Association.

Uzbekistan Havo Yollari recalled that Bukhara International Airport is receiving this award for the third time. It added that the award is acknowledgement of high status of one of the largest airports of Uzbekistan by foreign colleagues.

Uzbekistan Havo Yollari this year completed reconstruction of Bukhara airport. The company constructed new international passenger terminal, which allowed to increase capacity up to 500 passengers an hour.
