Komressor Montaj Naladka registered additional emission of shares for 750 million soums, which will be placed to foreign investor.

Within the emission, the company will issue 50,000 ordinary shares with nominal value of 15,000 soums each. Total emission of shares makes up 750 million soums.

The Uzbek company said that the shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription to British Enertrade Systems LLP. The shares will be realized on market value within a year.

Komressor Montaj Naladka renders services on assembly, balancing and commissioning, repairing and maintenance of compression stations and additional equipment of any type and production, as well as pump equipment.
