During these weeks the members of the British Council Learning Centre and project team members will have an opportunity to participate in the meetings with the UK ambassador in Uzbekistan, the director of British Council in Uzbekistan, and other representatives of British Business in Uzbekistan who will run discussions and share their experience about the importance of Customer Services in diplomacy, education and business.
In addition the Council will be organizing a variety of prize winning contests such as the best Customer Care story, and other activities dedicated to the 75th Anniversary of the British Council.
National Customer Service Week is an annual global event that aims to raise awareness of customer services and significant role it plays within an organization.
