The presentation was held within the Oil and Gas Uzbekistan (OGU-2017) exhibition. The book was prepared by Dinara & Co at support of Uzbekneftegaz and ITE.
The text was prepared by restaurateur Bakhriddin Chustiy. Illustrations to the book were prepared by photographer Andrey Arakelyan.
The book includes more than 200 photographs of over fifty dishes. The authors of the publication traveled to regions of Uzbekistan for 6 months and collected unique author and historical recipes, legends and stories, found heroes who dedicated their lives to the national cuisine.
The book is presented in Russian and English languages. The Uzbek version of the publication is also ready for printing.
Within the framework of the presentation, Bahriddin Chustiy and his team prepared 25 different dishes in tandyr. The show “Miracle from tandyr” was dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the national holding company Uzbekneftegaz.
