Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The South Korean company BNK Capital opened a microfinance organization (MFO) in Uzbekistan, Yonhap agency reported.
In addition to Uzbekistan, the company also operates in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
A new MFO in Uzbekistan plans to expand its share in the local market by gradually increasing the number of branches providing microfinance services.
The company will offer a variety of financial products, including mortgages, car loans, installment loans and loans to Uzbek workers traveling to Korea.
In addition, BNK Capital plans to create a profitable portfolio through synergies with subsidiaries in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
