The company registered prospectus of shares emission. Within the emission, the company issues 36,000 ordinary shares with par value of 18,100 soums each. Total volume of the emission is over 667 million soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares to new ones.

The company said that the part of shares for 50.002 million soums is paid on par value and other part for 617.435 million soums is paid due to reserve fund.
