Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Starting from 1 July 2024, Uzbekistan will implement the method of biometric identification (Face-ID) for the provision of state services.

Citizens’ identification in the Mobile-ID system will be carried out at their discretion in a composite form during the issuance of ID cards and biometric passports for international travel through state service centers.

Electronic registration in the state register of information on property rights to real estate, whose state registration has been previously conducted (issued a certificate of state registration or confirmed by endorsement on the title document), and which are valid on the day of entry, as well as providing an extract from the state register, will be carried out free of charge.

Transactions for the transfer of non-residential premises to another person will be processed with the personal appearance of the transaction parties at the state service center, where their identity will be verified by the center’s staff, and the transaction will simultaneously be sent to the cadastral authorities for state registration.
