The office of the Wallonia Foreign Trade and Investment Agency (AWEX, Belgium) in Central Asia organized a visit of a delegation of Belgian businesspeople to Uzbekistan. The visit took place on 21-22 May 2007.

The aim of the visit was to establish economic contracts between the representatives of state organizations and agencies, as well as businessmen of the two countries. Individual talks between the representatives of the two countries will be held at Radisson-SAS Hotel.

The Belgian delegation included the representatives of the largest companies specialized in the production of diagnosis equipment, air conditioners for industrial and housing units, small generators and welding equipment, feed for poultry farms, confectionary products, movement detectors, products of chemical and textile industries, logistics, etc.
