According to the company, net income of Bektemir Spirt OJSC made up 1.046 billion soums in 2010.

Shareholders issued 9.6% of net income or 100 million to formation of reserve fund and 52.3% or 547.584 million soums to development of the enterprise. Shareholders directed 11.1% of net income or 116.018 million soums to remuneration of employees.

General shareholders’ meeting directed 27% of net income or 282.584 million soums to payment of dividends. At the same time, the company will pay 3,100 soums per each share.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 91,147 ordinary shares, the company added.
