Bektemir-spirt eksperimental zavodi to float shares for 309.655 mln soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Bektemir-spirt eksperimental zavodi open joint stock company will issue shares for total sum of over 309.655 million soums, the compamy disclosed.

According to the company, it will issue 8,853 ordinary shares with par value of 35,000 soums each within the emission. Total issue volume is over 309.655 million soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among set number of people.
