During the meeting the sides discussed the preparations for the forthcoming meetings of the Council of Heads of SCO Member States in Astana and Council of the Heads of Government of the SCO in Bishkek.

The decision on participation of the SCO Observers Mission for the elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan was made. The elections will be held on December 4, 2016.

Representatives of China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan have also considered other issues aimed at practically developing multifaceted cooperation within the SCO framework.
